PLEASE “PRE-REGISTER.” WE WILL LIST ALL PRE-REGISTERED TOUR PARTICIPANTS IN THE TOUR BOOK. PUBLICATION DEADLINE IS MAY 1, 2019. FULL REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR ALL REQUESTS RECEIVED PRIOR TO MAY 1, 2019. AFTER THIS DATE, REFUNDS WILL BE LEFT TO THE DISCRETION OF THE TEXAS TOUR COMMITTEE.

PLEASE ACKNOWLEDGE A DEADLINE FOR “PRE-REGISTRATION” AS MAY 1, 2019.
Registrations received after May 1 will not be included in the Tour Book list of participants. Late registrations will be accepted as long as space permits, although it would help us tremendously with our reservation head count if you would register by May 1, 2019.
